Our summer intensive training camp builds a foundation based on position wrestling. Athletes will drill the most common positions in wrestling everyday and build a system of wrestling that each individual can use to develop a style that best suits their needs. Sessions include a dynamic warm-up, technical instruction, drilling, hard wrestling, and strength training.

The Summer Intensive Camp is designed for high school athletes (entering the 10th grade or higher in the upcoming Fall) with prior wrestling experience. For athletes entering grades lower than 10th and no prior experience, consider registering for our Junior High Camp.

Every athlete is required to have a USA wrestling card. If you are not affiliated with a club you can select Dark Star Wrestling Club as your club affiliation.

Coach Luke McConn of Cinco Ranch will run camp daily with occasional guest clinicians brought in.

Monday – Thursday

Times 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Week 1: May 28 – May 30 (no camp on Monday, Memorial Day)

Week 2: June 3 – 6

Week 3: June 10 – 13

Week 4: June 17 – 20

Week 5: June 24 – 27

Fee: $350 per wrestler for the full 5-week program
